3 Ways to Cope with a Hard Time

Help for when life gets blown out of proportion.

It may be easier to quit when life gets hard, but that doesn't mean quitting is better. So, other than quitting, what are some other ways to deal with hard things?

Prayer

God hears you, even when it doesn't seem like it. Voicing your emotions, fears, and concerns to God is always the best first step toward coping with a hard time in your life.

Exercise

I know. This sounds hard in and of itself. But even just going for a walk has a way of putting you in a better mood.

Music

Music really does soothe the savage beast in us. Even just playing classical music in the background can help reduce anxiety.
